A successful DIY shed starts with choosing the right shed plans. First, determine how much space you can commit to an outbuilding, and check local codes for setbacks as you decide where to put it. It’s also important to consider what you’d like to store in the shed. Small tools can be hung on walls to save space, but large items like lawnmowers and snow blowers need more square footage.
Outstanding work-all around on my new 8x14 shed. Build time was ahead of schedule, paint job top notch. Interior shelving is spot on to my specs. Very well built, well worth the investment, now I have a place to park my car. 5 stars +++++ Valerie 7 months ago

We are so happy we used this company to build a 16x24 Aspen in our backyard. The company was great to work with, Jeff was our building manager and he was incredibly nice answered all my questions and made this potentially stressful project easy. The building was incredibly well built, we had no issues passing our village inspection and they even complimented the quality of the build.

One of the easiest ways to roof a shed or small structure is to use corrugated roofing sheets. At 4′ x 6’7″, it’s easier to cover a larger area in just a few minutes. You can use metal or asphalt based corrugated sheets. (I used asphalt sheets from Lowe’s for my shed. For more specific and detailed installation guidelines, check with the manufacturer of your roofing sheet.)
This 240 square foot shed has a peaked gable roof for a traditional look and provides loads of storage room.
